We wasted more than half a day trying to contact a travel agency that didn't answer phone calls. At this point, I had to personally pay for my stay at the hotel individually, which was associated with a considerable cost exceeding the cost of the booking made through a travel agency. We were left on our own in a foreign country. Nobody wanted to give us any information. The hotel reception tried to contact the travel agency - to no avail. My brother and I were asked to leave the hotel because our booking had been canceled and the hotel could not accept us.

I tried to contact the person responsible for servicing tourists of this travel agency in Cyprus, to no avail. I did the same with the representatives of. I contacted the LMX International office by phone and then by e-mail. After landing in Paphos, I was informed that the travel agency canceled my booking. I arrived at the airport as per the flight schedule. After all, I had been working with this company for two years, so I had the confidence that everything would be fine. Already at this point it became clear to me that the company is unprofessional, because I received 2 different INVOICES !!! For two different payment amounts (attached in the attachment). I tried to contact the travel agency to make sure everything was okay, and then I got my travel documents. Thus, I automatically went to the payment application and sent the appropriate amount via the MONESE bank. I received a confirmation of the booking by e-mail, and then I was supposed to wait for the travel documents from the LMX International travel agency. through the company with which I have been going on vacation regularly for 2 years. On August 24, 2021, I made a PRE-booking for a tourist event via the application, i.e. Cancelem my reservation without inform and extra charge
